Well, in Sweden we do not even call it Christmas tree or “Kristus träd” as it would be in swedish. We call it “julgran”, and has allways done that as far as I know, which has nothing to do with Christ. Sweden is really hypocratical nowadays, specially around Christmas… And atheistic so I feel ashame to be a Swedish citizen.
